Phoenix Gardens is a 14-level building in central Auckland with 74 apartments and recreation facilities that include pools, a tennis court, a gym and gardens. Managing maintenance by committee can be slower, but Hayley’s enthusiasm, drive and tenacity greatly increased our productivity.

We have protocols to address any guest issues and property emergencies promptly. Our staff are on-call 24 hours, seven days a week, to resolve any guest queries or call-outs. We also have trusted and licensed tradespeople on hand to assist in the event of property maintenance or emergency.

If I hire your services, can I still use my short-term rental for personal use?

Yes, you can! You can log in to your Airbnb account to view your property calendar and contact us to block off specific dates for personal use.
